摘要 目前,对于电机轴承异音故障的判断基本以人工为主,检测试验员通过听诊器凭经验来判断异音状况,很难消除主观因素对轴承异音检测结果的影响。本文提供一种基于音频分析的诊断方法,运用电子听诊器和录音设备记录电机轴承音频信号,并对音频信号进行频谱分析,为电机轴承异音故障诊断和预测提供了重要的参考。 At present,the detection and judgment of abnormal noise of motor bearings are basically based on manual work.The tester judges the abnormal noise condition by experience,and it is difficult to eliminate the influence of subjective factors on the detection results of abnormal noise in bearings.This paper provides a method based on audio analysis.Using the electronic stethoscope and recording equipment to record the audio signal of the motor bearing,and analyze the frequency spectrum of the audio signal,it provides an important reference for the diagnosis and prediction of abnormal noise in the motor bearing.
