基于无线传感网络紫外线加速耐候试验机校准装置的研制

摘要 紫外线加速耐候试验机在材料行业用于快速测定材料的日晒和气候牢度以及各类材料的耐日光气候性能。为保证和提升紫外老化试验的准确性,本文研究设计一款基于无线传感网络紫外线加速耐候试验机的校准装置,解决紫外线加速耐候试验机无法有效溯源的难题。经验证,该装置满足紫外线加速耐候试验机的校准要求。 Ultraviolet accelerated weathering tester is used in the material industry to quickly determine the sunlight and weather fastness of materials,as well as the sunlight and weather resistance of various materials.In order to ensure and improve the accuracy of ultraviolet aging test,a calibration device based on the wireless sensor network accelerated weathering test machine is designed to solve the problem that the ultraviolet accelerated weathering test machine can not trace the source effectively.Experiments show that the device can meet the current calibration of ultraviolet accelerated weathering tester.
