摘要
试验机主要用于材料测量或产品的物理特点,如钢材质的结构屈服强度、抗拉伸强度、材料静态液压时间等相关方面。在实际实验和材料检定工作中发现,使用试验机以及硬度检验设备时,不同公式针对相同测试样品分别计算出的示值变动性误差结果并不相同,为此技术人员需要详细分析其主要原因,本文对相关问题进行了详细阐述。
The testing machine is mainly used for material measurement or physical characteristics of products,such as structural yield strength,tensile strength and static hydraulic time of steel materials.In the actual experiment and material verification,it is found that when using the testing machine and hardness inspection equipment,the indication variability error results calculated by different formulas for the same test sample are different.Therefore,technicians need to analyze the main reasons in detail.This paper elaborates on the relevant problems.
