摘要
香菇是一种富含氨基酸、蛋白质、矿物质、维生素、膳食纤维等成分的食用菌,且香菇多糖和香菇嘌呤具有一定的药用价值。由于香菇属于变温结实性真菌,研究其反季节栽培技术可以提升香菇产量、提高子实体品质。当培养料配方为木屑77%~83%、麦麸15%~20%、石膏1%(含水量55%~60%)时,适宜栽培香菇。由于山西昼夜温差大且具有较丰富的野生菌种资源,使其具有天然发展优势。在后续发展过程中,应从人员培养、标准建立、产品发掘和拓宽销路等角度解决制约反季节香菇栽培发展的阻碍。
Lentinula edodes(Berk.)Peler is a kind of edible fungus which rich in amino acids,proteins,minerals,vitamins,and dietary fibers,as well as the lentinan and eritadenine also have medicinal values.Lentinula edodes is temperate fruiting fungi.In order to increase the yield and improve the quality,we studied its anti-season cultivation technology.It is suitable for cultivating Lentinula edodes when the culture material formula is 77%-83%sawdust,15%-20%wheat bran,1%plaster(55%-60%water content).Due to the huge temperature difference between day and night while abundant wild fungus resources,Shanxi has natural development advantages for the development of anti-season Lentinula edodes cultivation.For the sake of future advance,the obstacles should be resolved from the following perspectives,such as professionals training,standards establishing,products exploring,and market expanding.
