摘要
针对新疆不同地区、不同品种、不同养殖方式的鸡肉进行现场取样,通过检测122个样品中17种兽药残留情况,评估新疆地区鸡肉市场产品的质量安全及相关风险分析和监测。结果发现,恩诺沙星在鸡肉样品中检出数量最多(21个)、乌鸡中检出的残留量最高(180.00μg/kg);环丙沙星在3个乌鸡样品中检出,最高残留量为73.00μg/kg;氧氟沙星在1个乌鸡样品中检出,残留量为8.60μg/kg;金刚烷胺在3个乌鸡样品中检出,最高残留量为63.0μg/kg;氟苯尼考在2个三黄鸡样品中检出,最高残留量为10.9μg/kg;诺氟沙星、培氟沙星、洛美沙星、达氟沙星、沙拉沙星、氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氯羟吡啶、呋喃唑酮代谢物、呋喃妥因代谢物、呋喃西林代谢物、呋喃它酮代谢物等均未在样品中检出。A地区兽药检出样品量1个,B地区兽药检出样品量12个,C地区兽药检出样品量5个,D地区兽药检出样品量6个。通过科学采样和检测,分析了新疆地区市售鸡肉中兽药残留并进行食品安全风险评估,提出相应的食品风险管理措施,为鸡肉健康安全生产提供相关建议和参考。
Spot sampling was carried out for chicken in different regions,varieties and breeding methods in Xinjiang.By detecting the residues of 17 veterinary drugs in 122 samples,the quality,safety and related risks of chicken market products in Xinjiang were evaluated,analyzed and monitored.The results showed that the number of enrofloxacin detected in chicken samples was the highest(21),and the residue detected in black chicken was the highest(180.00μg/kg);Ciprofloxacin was detected in three black chicken samples,and the highest residue was 73.00μg/kg;Ofloxacin was detected in one black chicken sample,and the residue was 8.60μg/kg;Amantadine was detected in three black chicken samples,and the highest residue was 63.0μg/kg;Florfenicol was detected in two Sanhuang chicken samples,and the highest residue was 10.9μg/kg.Norfloxacin,pefloxacin,lomefloxacin,darfloxacin,sarafloxacin,chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol,chloropyridine,furazolidone metabolites,furantoin metabolites,furacilin metabolites,furanone metabolites,etc.were not detected in the samples.There were one veterinary drug sample in the A region,twelve veterinaries drug samples in the B region,five veterinaries drug samples in the C region and six veterinaries drug samples in the D region.Through scientific sampling and detection,the veterinary drug residues in chicken sold in Xinjiang were analyzed,the food safety risk was evaluated,and the corresponding food risk management measures were put forward to provide relevant suggestions and references for the health and safety production of chicken.
