产业链视域下我国龟鳖产业发展现状和优化路径

Development Status and Optimization Path of Turtle Industry in China from the Perspective of Industrial Chain

龟鳖养殖属于特色农业,对于农村产业振兴,农民增收致富有重要支撑作用。随着龟鳖产业向规模化、集约化发展,产业链各个环节也暴露出一些不利于产业可持续发展的问题,如养殖技术参差不齐、产品深加工落后、消费方式单一等。为促进我国龟鳖产业走向高质量产业化发展之路,从产业链的角度对龟鳖产业发展现状及存在的问题进行了剖析,并从产业的上、中、下游3个方面提出甄选优质龟鳖种苗、实施绿色生态养殖、大力发展精深加工、创建名优品牌、构建新业态新模式、开展大健康服务等有建设性的策略和具体措施。

Turtle breeding belongs to characteristic agriculture,which plays an important supporting role in revitalizing rural industries and increasing farmers’income.With the large-scale and intensive development of turtle industry,various links of the industrial chain have also exposed some problems that are not conducive to the sustainable development of the industry,such as uneven breeding technology,backward product deep processing,single consumption mode and so on.In order to promote the development of China’s turtle industry towards high-quality industrialization,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of turtle industry from the perspective of industrial chain,and puts forward constructive strategies and specific measures from the upstream,middle and downstream of the industry,such as the selection of high-quality turtle seedlings,the implementation of green ecological breeding,the vigorous development of intensive processing,the establishment of famous and high-quality brands,the construction of new business forms and new models and carry out mass health services.
