山东省“十三五”虾蟹类养殖情况分析及展望

Analysis and Outlook of Shrimp and Crab Breeding Situation During the“13th Five-Year”at Shandong Province

[目的]分析总结“十三五”时期山东省内虾蟹类养殖情况,展望“十四五”时期省内虾蟹类的发展趋势。[方法]依据统计资料和实地考察资料,采用统计分析方法,分析“十三五”期间省内虾蟹养殖的产量、面积、品种变化情况,掌握近5年虾蟹类养殖发展规律。[结果]“十三五”期间省内虾蟹类养殖产量整体呈现稳步增长的良好发展态势,主导品种是凡纳滨对虾,养殖产量和面积均远超其他品种。克氏原螯虾产量呈现爆发式增长,年均增长率达103.7%。虾类育苗量增长较快,虾蟹苗种产业有较大发展空间。通过线上线下的努力,打响了黄河口大闸蟹,鱼台龙虾和滨州盐田虾等多个省内渔业品牌,养殖积极性大大提高。[结论]研究结果对“十四五”期间省内虾蟹类养殖产业的发展趋势有重要指导意义。

[Objective]To analyze and summarize shrimp and crab breeding in Shandong Province during the‘13th Five-Year’,and to outlook the development trend in the future.[Method]According to the statistical data and field investigation data,statistical analysis method was used to analyze the output,area and variety of the shrimp and crab culture in Shandong Province during the‘13th Five-Year’,and to master the development law of shrimp and crab culture in the past five years.[Result]During the‘13th Five-Year’,the aquaculture output of shrimp and crab in Shandong Province showed a good trend of steady growth,and Litopenaeus vannamei was the dominant species,whose aquaculture output and area were far higher than other species.The output of Procambarus clarkii showed explosive growth,with an annual growth rate of 103.7%.The amount of shrimp seedling grows rapidly,and the shrimp and crab seedling industry had great development space.Through online and off-line efforts,the fishery brands in the province,such as Yellow River Hairy crab,Yutai crawfish and Binzhou Yantian shrimp,had been established,and the enthusiasm for breeding had been greatly improved.[Conclusion]The research results have important guiding significance for the development trend of shrimp and crab culture industry in Shandong Province during the‘14th Five-Year’Plan period.
