羊只饲喂撒料车控制系统设计研究

摘要 针对内蒙古中小型牧场特点和养殖的饲喂需求,文中设计羊只饲喂撒料车,且为了提升撒料车自动化水平以及饲料的利用率,在硬件结构的基础上加装电控制系统。通过分析撒料车原有的机械结构并结合饲喂工作的需求选择一系列器件,以CP1H⁃XA40DT⁃D型PLC和NB触摸屏为核心进行系统设计;使用RS 232串口协议与触摸屏实现信息交互,进行欧姆龙NB触摸屏界面设计。该控制系统可以实现对羊只饲喂撒料车自动和手动的行走控制及饲料数据使用情况查询,操作方便快捷,能够满足基本的饲喂要求,并可实现不同的功能选择,羊只饲喂撒料车的自动化程度有所提高。羊只饲喂撒料车的控制系统满足中小型牧场饲喂要求,能够提高饲喂装置的自动化操作水平,提升饲料利用率,可为之后稳定出料提供保证。 In allusion to the characteristics of small and medium⁃sized pastures in Inner Mongolia and the feeding needs of breeding,a fodder distributor for sheep feeding is designed.The electric control system is added on the hardware structure of the fodder distributor to improve the automation level of the fodder distributor and feed utilization.By analyzing the original mechanical structure of the fodder distributor and combining the needs of feeding work,a series of devices are selected,and the CP1H⁃XA40DT⁃D PLC and NB touch screen are taken as the cores for system design.The RS 232 serial protocol and touch screen are adopted for realization of information interaction and interface design of the Omron NB touch screen.The control system can realize the automatic and manual walking control of the fodder distributor for sheep feeding,and the data query of fodder use condition.It has convenient and fast operation,and can meet the basic feeding requirements and realize different function choices.The automation level of the sheep feeding distributor has been improved.
