干式变压器结构及老化故障分析

摘要 变压器作为一种重要的电力设备,对于我国整体电力供应能力及国民生产活动有重要影响作用。随着绝缘材料以及相应温度控制技术的不断发展,干式变压器在小容量和低功率线路中的应用愈发广泛,其整体优势得到很好体现。本文将以干式变压器分类及优势为入手点,通过研究干式变压器结构及绝缘特征来分析干式变压器较为常见的几种老化问题,最终通过研究温控技术对绝缘材料老化的影响来为后续干式变压器技术发展提供一些思路。 As an important power equipment,the transformer plays an important role in the overall power supply capacity and national production activities of China.With the continuous development of insulating materials and corresponding temperature control technologies,dry-type transformers are widely used in small-capacity and low-power lines,and their overall advantages are well reflected.This article will start with the classification and advantages of dry-type transformers,analyze several common aging problems of dry-type transformers by studying the structure and insulation characteristics of dry-type transformers,and finally investigate the influence of temperature control technology on the aging of insulating materials,providing some ideas for subsequent development of dry-type transformer technology.
