柴油车排气颗粒物的后处理技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 当前,在内燃机的应用过程中,柴油机作为一种常见的动力装置,能够实现较高的生产效率,是当前世界范围内各项工业设备、重型客车的重要动力来源。柴油机具有突出的性能优势,而且能够有效地减少耗油量,但是在柴油机的应用过程中,面临着较为严重的排气问题,会产生较多的排气颗粒物,所以为了有效控制柴油机排放,就要采取科学的颗粒物后处理技术。本文首先分析了柴油机的排气颗粒物,然后提出了几种有效的后处理技术,以供参考。 At present,in the application process of combustion engine,diesel engine,as a common power unit,can achieve high production efficiency and is an important power source for various industrial equipment and heavy-duty passenger vehicles in the world.Diesel engines have outstanding performance advantages and can effectively reduce fuel consumption.However,in the application process of diesel engines,they are faced with more serious exhaust problems and will generate more exhaust particulate matter.Therefore,in order to effectively control diesel engine emissions,it is necessary to adopt scientific particle post-processing technology.This article first analyzes the exhaust particulate matter of diesel engine,and then proposes several effective post-processing technologies for reference.
