摘要
随着计算机通信技术的发展及应用,视频会议系统在现代企业中的应用越发广泛。企业应用视频会议系统不仅可以实现跨地点及不受时间、空间约束开展会议,而且也能够实现企业相关数据信息的共享,在有效提高企业整体办公效率的同时,也可以合理地降低办公成本。基于此,文章针对视频会议系统在企业中的应用展开相关分析及探讨,旨在为相关工作者积累经验。
With the development and application of computer communication technology,video conference system has been widely applied in modern enterprises.Enterprise application of video conferencing system can not only realize cross-location conference without time and space constraints,but also realize the sharing of enterprise-related data and information,which can effectively improve the overall office efficiency of the enterprise,and can also reasonably reduce office costs.Based on this condition,this article analyzes and discusses the application of video conferencing systems in enterprises,aiming to accumulate experience for relevant workers.
