弧形闸门室封闭装置的设计与应用

摘要 南水北调中线总干渠沿线多处倒虹吸,暗渠入口节制闸采用露顶式弧型闸门室结构,冬季闸门室内水汽较大,侵蚀闸室建筑物。针对该问题,研制了一种封闭装置,该装置采用不锈钢型材做骨架,在骨架上嵌装透明玻璃视窗。封闭装置采用模块化钢结构设计,分组制造、次第安装,最后整体覆盖在弧形闸门室孔口上方,在不阻碍弧形闸门使用功能的情况下,有效阻断水汽对闸室的侵蚀,保证了标准化闸站的建设与管理。 There are many inverted siphons along the main canal of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and the control gate at the entrance of the underground canal adopts the dew-top arc gate chamber structure.The water vapor inside the gate chamber is large in winter,which erodes the gate chamber structure.To solve this problem,a closing device is developed,which uses stainless steel profiles as the frame and mounts transparent glass windows on the frame.The closing device is designed with modular steel structure,manufactured in groups and installed in the next step.Finally,it covers the orifice of the radial gate chamber as a whole.Without hindering the use function of the radial gate,it can effectively block the erosion of water vapor to the gate chamber and guarantee the construction and management of standardized gate station.
