长庆油田安全生产记分平台建设与开发研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,国际各大石油公司为加强安全环保管控力度,降低生产安全风险,进一步强化安全生产责任意识,提高全员安全履职能力,推动安全生产责任全面落实。通过了解长庆油田现有生产状况及设备工艺实际情况、安全技术相关制度及要求,提出了全员安全生产记分管理制度。平台依托微服务、云计算、统一身份认证集成以及员工信息动态更新等技术。通过该平台系统的推广和使用,不断累积员工的记分信息,运用大数据分析技术,深入挖掘数据背后的价值,推动安全生产责任全面落实和持续改进,使长庆油田全员安全生产记分管理制度得到有效落实。 In recent years,major international oil companies have strengthened safety and environmental protection management and control,reduced production safety risks,further strengthened the awareness of production safety responsibility,improved the ability of all employees to perform their duties safely,and promoted the full implementation of production safety responsibilities.Information technology is the future trend and direction of technological development,and it is also the consensus of the entire international oil and gas industry.By understanding the current production status of Changqing Oilfield,the actual conditions of equipment and technology,and the related systems and requirements of safety technology,a scoring management system for safety production of all employees was proposed.The production scoring platform relies on technologies such as microservices,cloud computing,unified identity authentication integration,and dynamic update of employee information.Since then,through the promotion and use of the platform system,employees’scoring information has been continuously accumulated,and big data analysis techniques have been used to dig deeper into the value behind the data,promote the full implementation and continuous improvement of safety production responsibilities,and enable all employees in Changqing Oilfield to score safety production.Effective implementation of the management system.
