论课堂教学“减”的艺术

摘要 教学中的“减”是对与教学系统无关因素的删除,对教学系统内部要素的优化、扬弃和创造,是实现教学内涵式高质量发展的一种价值理念和方法手段。教学中经过教师精心设计的“减”,有利于纠正教学“加”的偏见,实现教学简约美,助力教学内涵式发展,回归育人的教学本质。教学中运用“减”的艺术需要教师树立教学“减”的意识,重视教学“减”的价值,正确理解“减”与“加”的辩证关系,把握“减”的度,注重教学整体优化,增强教学“减”的能力。 “Reduction”in teaching is the deletion of factors unrelated to teaching:creation,optimization and sublation.In teaching,the“reduction”carefully designed by teachers is conducive to develops the good learning habits,give them opportunities to take responsibility for their own learning.It is beneficial for cultivating students’aesthetic ability and the realization of a teaching aesthetic.It is helpful to correct the bias brought by“addition”in teaching and realize a connotative high-quality development teaching.The art of“reduction”requires teachers to establish an awareness of“reduction”,pay attention to the value of“reduction”,to optimize and improve the level of teachers’teaching specialization.
