摘要 独立教师是近年来新出现的教师类型。现代信息技术的迅猛发展催生新的教育业态、市场经济为就业观念的转变提供经济基础、教育优质资源的不均衡为家庭教育投资注入动力、“应试主义”阻碍专业创造松动教师的工作嵌入是独立教师的形成之因。目前,独立教师职业活动存在违规侵权问题、功利取向问题、孤立成长问题、市场隔膜问题、心理困境问题。规范化发展是独立教师的未来取径,既指以外部力量保障独立教师从业的良好秩序,也指独立教师通过自我约束引导自身的行为选择,赋予职业行为以教育属性,其基本意蕴是合法发展、内涵发展、特色发展、稳定发展。完善法律政策的科学监管,发挥市场优胜劣汰的筛选功能,开掘独立教师心智与精神资源,建设独立教师专业协作团体,推动家庭、学校与社会三方“共治”是独立教师规范化发展的具体策略。 Independent teachers refer to those who do not work in public schools or private schools,nor are they employed by educational and training institutions,but rely on their own educational expertise and the internet platform to engage in educational and teaching activities.At present,the problems are the development of standardization include infringement,utilitarian orientation,isolated growth and market diaphragm.Standardized development is the future path of independent teachers,not only refers to the external force to protect the good order of independent teachers,but also refers to the independent teachers through self-restraint to guide their own behavior choices,giving professional behavior to education attribute.The standardized path of independent teacher development has four meanings:legal development,connotation development,characteristic development and stable development.The basic path of standardized development is to improve the scientific supervision of laws and policies,to explore the inner mental and spiritual resources of independent teachers,to build professional cooperative groups of independent teachers,and to promote the co-governance of family,school and society.
