数字时代乡村教育治理的复合语境、现实困境及优化路径 被引量:5

摘要 数字时代乡村教育治理的内在逻辑离不开技术语境、历史语境和政策语境勾连的复合语境。因乡村教育特殊的样态与数字时代教育变革的需求存在滞差,导致数字乡村教育治理面临诸多现实困境:城市本位的治理理念与乡村教育发展需求的错位,数字权威的治理机制与乡村教育运行活力的阻碍,技术驱动的治理方式同乡村教育文化积淀的背离。为有效开展乡村教育治理,须倡导融合式教育治理理念,契合乡村教育发展的内在理路;跳出技术内卷的治理陷阱,寻求多元治理主体的协调配合;借助新乡贤的治理关怀,守护乡村教育厚植的价值底蕴。 The logic of rural education governance in the digital age can’t be separated from the complex context of technology context,history context and policy context.Due to the differences between the pattern of rural education and the demand of educational reform in the digital age,the digital rural education governance is facing many practical dilemmas,such as the dislocation between the urban-based governance concept and the demand of rural education development,the discrepancy between the urban-based governance concept and the rural education development,the discrepancy between the urban-based governance concept and the rural education development demand,and the discrepancy between the urban-based governance concept and the rural education development demand,the governance mechanism of digital authority is hindered by the vitality of rural education,and the governance mode driven by technology deviates from the accumulation of rural education culture.In order to carry out the implement rural education governance,it is necessary to advocate the idea of integrated education governance,which is able to correspond with the inherent logic of rural education development,to get out of the governance trap of technological rat race,and to seek the coordination of multiple governance subjects.With the help of Xinxiang’s meritocracy,the value of rural education is safeguarded.
