财政支持科技创新发展的举措、问题及建议——以聊城市为例

Measures,Problems and Recommendations for Fiscal Support of Scientific and Technological Innovation Development:A Case Study of Liaocheng

科技创新是高质量发展的核心驱动力。党的十九届五中全会首次提出“坚持创新在我国现代化建设全局中的核心地位,把科技自立自强作为国家发展的战略支撑”。近几年来,科技创新对经济的拉动愈加明显,本文主要分析了山东省聊城市科技创新发展举措以及其存在的问题,进而针对性提出了科技创新发展的几点建议。

Scientific and technological innovation is the driving force behind high-quality development.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee first proposed"Innovation remains at the heart of China’s modernization drive.Sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening should always be considered a strategic support for national development".In recent years,S&T innovation has been playing a more important role in economic development.This paper analyzes the current status of sci-tech innovation and its problems,and then put forward initiatives on the scientific and technological innovation.
