摘要
本研究建立一种采用高效液相色谱法测定24%盐酸吗啉胍·甲噻诱胺悬浮剂的定量分析方法。以甲醇-0.3%乙酸溶液(55∶45,V/V)为流动相,使用C18色谱柱为固定相和DAD检测器,在253 nm波长下对样品中的24%盐酸吗啉胍·甲噻诱胺悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,盐酸吗啉胍和甲噻诱胺的线性相关系数(R^(2))分别为0.9987和0.9989(R^(2)>0.999);相对标准偏差分别为0.04673%和0.03523%;变异系数分别为0.29%和0.42%;平均回收率分别为100.28%和100.11%。该方法的分离效果、线性关系、精密度和准确度良好,均符合分析标准。
An analytical method was established for the quantitative determination of 24%moroxydine hydrochloride·methiadinil SC by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The separation and quantitative analysis of samples were conducted by DAD detector at 253 nm with the mixture of methanol and 0.3%acetic acid solution(55:45,V/V)as mobile phase,and C_(18) column as fixed phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R^(2))of moroxydine hydrochloride and methiadinil were 0.9987 and 0.9989,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 0.04673%and 0.03523%,the coefficients of variation was 0.29%and 0.42%,the average recoveries were 100.28%and 100.11%.In conclusion,the method had the characcteristics of good separation effect,linear relations,precision,and accuracy,which could meet analytical standards.
