摘要
汽车外饰数据控制模型是光顺外造型数据验收的重要参考依据,也是产品正式批量生产后质量评价的重要参考模型。文章介绍了外饰数据模型骨架基于CATIA软件的参数化设计方法,使骨架根据车轮位置的变化实现外形和型面块的自动刷新,使骨架的设计更为规范和高效,同时也规避了设计风险。
The automobile exterior data control model is not only an important reference basis for smooth exterior modeling data acceptance,but also an important reference model for quality evaluation after formal mass production.This paper introduces the parametric design method of exterior data model frame based on CATIA software,so that the frame can automatically refresh the shape and surface block according to the change of wheel position,to make the design of frame more standardized and efficient.At the same time,it also avoids the design risk.
