基于缓冲块刚度的引擎盖模态和过关性能研究

摘要 在研究车辆开闭件用橡胶缓冲块的刚度特性中,采用静态和冲击试验的方法得到橡胶缓冲块在静态和动态下的力-位移关系试验曲线;在对引擎盖模态和关闭过程分别采用试验和基于OptiStruct和NASTRAN方法进行有限元仿真分析与对比研究中,对静动态特性曲线进行合理处理和应用。试验与有限元仿真比较的结果表明,在模态和瞬态过关的引擎盖有限元分析中,应用修正后的橡胶缓冲块刚度特性数据的仿真结果更接近真实状态,可以有效减小有限元仿真误差。 To study the stiffness characteristics of rubber bumper for vehicle opening and closing parts,the static and dynamic force displacement curves of hood rubber bumper are obtained by static and impact tests.In the comparative study of experimental test and finite element simulation based on OptiStruct and NASTRAN,the static and dynamic characteristic curve is reasonably treated and applied.The comparison results show that the simulation results of applying the modified rubber bumper stiffness characteristic data in the finite element analysis of engine hood with modal and transient slam are closer to the real state,which can effectively reduce the finite element simulation error.
