万寿菊纤维:新一代天然纤维

摘要 天然纤维因具有可再生和环保等特性,日益受到人们的重视。研究了一种具有独特物理性能的环保型新型天然纤维,它以万寿菊茎为原料,适用于纺织及其相关领域的各种应用。研究的主要目的是在纺织工业中引入新型纤维,以制备具有独特物理力学性能的非织造布与复合材料产品。这种新型天然纤维是采用水沤法工艺从万寿菊植物的茎中提取的。介绍了万寿菊纤维的提取方法,测试分析了纤维线密度、回潮率、扭转刚度和弯曲刚度等物理特性。 The important of natural fibre is increasing nowdays due to its renewability and environmentally friendly characteristics.An attempt is made to investigate new natural fiber which will be environmentally friendly along with unique physical characteristics suitable for various applications in the field of textiles and its allied sectors etc.Therefore,this new natural fiber is investigated from the stem of marigold plant.The main aim of this research work is to introduce new fibers in the textile industry from which nonwovens and composite products with unique physical and mechanical properties can be produced.This natural fiber of a new generation is extracted from the stem of marigold plants by using the water retting process.This research summarizes the extraction method of marigold fiber and its physical characteristic such as fineness,moisture regains,torsional rigidity and flexural rigidity etc.
