涂料尾料的高值化利用

High value utilization of coating tailings

在涂层尾料中添加发泡剂、交联剂、可膨胀石墨、流平剂和增稠剂,制备4种不同配方的阻燃地毯背涂胶,对地毯进行阻燃处理并测试所得地毯试样的阻燃性能。结果表明,涂层尾料质量分数占阻燃地毯背涂料总量的30%~50%时,其用量对所得地毯的阻燃性能没有影响;4种配方中,最佳的阻燃地毯背涂胶配方中各原料的质量分数如下:涂层尾料50.0%、发泡剂5.0%、交联剂15.0%、石墨22.0%、流平剂2.5%、增稠剂1.5%、水4.0%。采用该配方制备的地毯的极限氧指数为33.1%,损毁长度为9.0 mm,阻燃性能良好。

Four different types of flame retardant carpet back adhesive were prepared by adding different proportions of foaming agent,crosslinking agent,expandable graphite,leveling agent,and thickening agent into traditional coating tail material.The carpets were treated with the above-mentioned four different adhesive formulas,and their flame retardant performances were further investigated.The results showed that when the mass fraction of coating tail was 30%~50%of the total amount of flame retardant carpet back coating,the amount of coating tailing had no effect on the flame retardant performance of obtained carpets.It was also found that the best flame retardant carpet back coating formula included 50.0%of coating tail,5.0%of foaming agent,15.0%of crosslinking agent,22.0%of graphite,2.5%of leveling agent,1.5%of thickening agent,and 4.0%of water.The limit oxygen index of carpets prepared with the best coating formula was 33.1%,and the damage length was 9.0 mm,which indicates that the carpet had excellent flame retardant properties.
