传统村落人居环境生态产品价值实现的路径与模式研究

Study on the Path and Mode of Realizing the Value of Ecological Products of Human Settlements in Traditional Villages

新型城镇化背景下,中国传统村落人居生态环境恶化,且社会对优质生态产品的需求与日俱增,在这现实矛盾下,向社会提供传统村落人居环境优质生态产品尤为重要。因此,通过产权理论划分传统村落人居环境生态产品,依据传统人居生态产品类型和所面临的问题探索传统人居生态产品价值实现模式。研究结果表明:1)传统村落人居环境系统的生态产品分为具有竞争性和排他性的私人生态产品、竞争性和排他性都有限的准公共生态产品、具有非竞争性和非排他性的公共生态产品;2)依据传统村落人居环境生态产品特性和产品价值实现所面临的问题,探索了传统村落人居生态产品价值实现模式,私人生态产品的市场主导模式、准公共生态产品的公私合作模式、公共生态产品的政府主导模式。

Under the background of new urbanization,the deterioration of the ecological environment of traditional Chinese villages and the increasing demand for high-quality ecological products in society,it is particularly important to provide high-quality ecological products for traditional village human settlements to the society.Therefore,this paper divides the traditional village human settlements ecological products through the property right theory,and explores the value realization mode of traditional human settlements ecological products according to the types and problems of traditional human settlements ecological products.The results show that:1)the ecological products of traditional village human settlements system are divided into competitive and exclusive private ecological products,quasi public ecological products with limited competitiveness and exclusivity,and non competitive and non exclusive public ecological products.2)According to the characteristics of ecological products of traditional village human settlements and the problems faced by the realization of product value,this paper explores the value realization mode of traditional village human settlements ecological products,the market leading mode of private ecological products,the public-private cooperation mode of quasi public ecological products,and the government leading mode of public ecological products.
