基于POE理论的安置小区景观规划设计——以南京紫金墨香苑为例

The Landscape Planning and Design of Resettlement Community Based on POE Theory:A Case of Nanjing Zijin Moxiangyuan Community

安置小区作为城市化的重要产物,与人们的幸福感紧密相连。本文基于使用后评价(POE)对紫金墨香苑的景观规划设计进行探析,了解使用者在该小区的行为活动特征、使用需求和满意度。结合调研情况,通过针对性研究进而发现问题、解决问题,提出优化建议,提升安置小区住户对家的归属感,实现真正的安居。

As an important product of urbanization,resettlement communities are closely related to people’s well-being.Based on post-occupancy evaluation(POE),this paper analyzes the landscape planning and design of Zijin Moxiangyuan to understand the behavioral characteristics,usage needs and satisfaction of users in the community.Combined with the investigation situation,through targeted research,the paper finds and solves problems,and puts forward optimization suggestions to improve the sense of belonging of the residents in the resettlement community to their home,and to realize the real settlement.
