The Design of the Core Area of China Enzyme City

随着近年来“产城融合”理念的提出,产业园建设也更具创新性、可持续性和生态景观性,产业园与城市空间结构的一体化融合发展,日益成为当代产业园开发建设的主要策略。如何让产业园区既能满足产业创新功能,又能激发城市活力;既能体现科技感、未来感,又能展示地域特色,是在设计产业园时要思考的问题。本文将酵素城核心区设计构思为一个“开放的公园”,和以往的产业园设计范式不同,回归本源,从酵素产业和渭南文化的内涵出发,探索一条新型开放式产业园发展模式。

With the proposal of the concept of“industry-city integration”in recent years,the construction of industrial parks has become more innovative,sustainable and ecologically landscaped.The integrated development of industrial parks and urban spatial structures has increasingly become a main strategy for the development and construction of contemporary industrial park.How to make the industrial park not only meet the functions of industrial innovation,but also stimulate the vitality of the city is a problem that can not only reflect the sense of technology and the future,but also show the regional characteristics,which is a problem to be considered for the design of the industrial park.This paper conceives the design of the core area of the enzyme city as an“open park”,which is different from the previous industrial park design paradigm,returns to the origin,and starts from the connotation of the enzyme industry and Weinan culture,and explores a new open industrial park development model.
