粤港澳大湾区建设背景下广东典型乡村发展策略研究

Research on Typical Rural Development Strategies in Guangdong under the Construction Background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

进入“十四五”规划新时期后,我国更加注重乡村的发展,但目前我国乡村,尤其是典型乡村的发展面临诸多困境:与上位规划缺乏衔接、新型基础设施不完善、产业现代化程度低且产业链不完善、生活便捷度较低等。本研究以广东省为例,尝试在粤港澳大湾区建设背景和乡村振兴战略实施背景下,探索出一条适合广东省典型乡村建设并可持续性发展的道路,带动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态和组织振兴。

In the new period of the“14th Five-Year Plan”,more attention is paid to the development of rural areas.However,at present,the development of rural areas in China,especially typical villages,is faced with many difficulties:lack of connection with the upper planning,imperfect new infrastructure,low industrial modernization and imperfect industrial chain,low life convenience,and so on.Therefore,this paper takes Guangdong as an example to explore a path suitable for the construction and sustainable development of typical villages in Guangdong Province under the background of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and to promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and institutions.
