两种PP-RCT专用料的性能对比

摘要 选取国产、进口两个牌号的结晶改善无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-RCT)专用料,对其力学性能、结晶熔融状态、流变性能进行对比分析。结果表明:与普通无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)专用料相比,PP-RCT专用料的常温简支梁冲击强度高达80 kJ/m ^(2)以上,热变形温度达75℃以上,拉伸屈服强度略有提升,管材耐热水性能大幅提升。国产、进口PP-RCT专用料在多种形态的差示扫描量热仪(DSC)曲线下都能显示明显的双熔融峰,并且β峰为主峰,对应到广角衍射数据,β晶含量为40%~80%。管材静液压测试数据显示,国产、进口PP-RCT专用料的耐压时间、承压等级相当。 The mechanical properties,crystallization and melting state and rheological properties of domestic and imported crystallization improved random copolymer polypropylene(PP-RCT)special materials were compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with ordinary polypropylene random copolymer(PPR)special material,charpy impact strength of PP-RCT special material is up to 80 kJ/m^( 2) at room temperature,the hot deformation temperature is up to 75℃,the tensile yield strength is slightly improved,and the hot water resistance of the pipe is greatly improved.Domestic and imported PP-RCT special materials can show obvious double melting peaks under various DSC curves,andβpeak is the main peak.Corresponding to the wide-angle diffraction data,the content ofβcrystal is from 40%to 80%.The hydrostatic test data shows that the pressure resistance time and pressure grade of domestic and imported PP-RCT special materials are similar.
