民族节庆旅游发展水平测度与路径研究——以贵州省为例

Research on the Measurement and Path of the Development Level of Ethnic Festival Tourism——Take Guizhou Province as an Example

民族节庆旅游作为民族文化传播的重要途径,对民族文化的长足发展与传承具有促进作用。基于专家打分法获取各项指标,并通过层次分析法结合MATLAB6.5分析软件为各项权重进行分配,并依据此体系分析评价贵州省民族节庆旅游发展情况并证实该体系的有效性。通过对贵州省民族节庆旅游发展水平进行研究,其主要优势有:拥有的节庆旅游纪念人物、节庆种类、表演、民俗工艺以及相关故事数量较多,文化性强;其主要不足有:社区居民直接或间接参加有关活动与决策的程度不高,政府主导性过强,未能很好考虑到居民的参与意愿。未来发展对策:第一,积极与社区居民联动,提升当地居民文化自豪感。第二,加强对外推广力度,注重民族节庆旅游品牌的塑造。第三,智慧化旅游新模式打造,加强科技赋能。第四,完善贵州节庆旅游活动资源,进而达到可持续发展的目的。第五,充分发挥民族节庆特色,做到文化传承与经济发展的协调统一。

As an important path to spread national culture,ethnic festival tourism can promote the rapid de⁃velopment and inheritance of national culture.This paper aims to build an evaluation index system for the devel⁃opment level of ethnic festival tourism,obtain various indicators based on the expert scoring method,and allo⁃cate the weights through the analytic hierarchy process combined with MATLAB6.5 analysis software,and ana⁃lyze and evaluate the development of ethnic festival tourism in Guizhou province based on this system and con⁃firm the effectiveness of the system.Through the research on the development level of ethnic festival tourism in Guizhou province,the main advantages of Guizhou ethnic festival tourism are:it has a large number of festival tourism commemorative figures,festival types,performances,folk arts and crafts and related stories,and Gui⁃zhou province ethnic festival tourism culture is strong;The main shortcomings are:the degree of community resi⁃dents'direct or indirect participation in relevant activities and decisions is not high,the government is too domi⁃nant,and the residents'willingness to participate is not well taken into account.Future development counter⁃measures:First,the parties should interact with community residents actively to enhance the cultural pride of lo⁃cal residents.Second,we should strengthen the external promotion and pay attention to the shaping of ethnic festival tourism brand.Third,we should build a new mode of smart tourism and strengthen technology to empow⁃er tourism.Fourthly,the parties should improve the resources of festival tourism activities in Guizhou province,and then achieve the purpose of sustainable development.Fifth,we should give full play to the characteristics of ethnic festivals and achieve the coordination and unity of cultural inheritance and economic development.
