摘要
目的:没食子酸广泛存在于中药材、水果等农产品中,在医药、食品、生物、化工等领域有广泛的应用,梳理没食子酸的检测方法有重要意义。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)和PubMed数据库分别检索没食子酸的检测方法,根据检测方法的不同进行分类介绍。结果:没食子酸的检测方法主要包括色谱法、光谱法、毛细管电泳法以及其他检测方法。结论:这些方法存在优缺点,尚需进行完善。
Objective Gallic acid widely exists in Chinese herbal medicines,fruits and other agricultural products,and is widely used in medicine,food,biology,chemical industry and other fields.It is of great significance to summarize the detection methods of gallic acid.Method The detection methods of gallic acid were searched in CNKI and PubMed databases respectively,and classified according to different detection methods.Result The detection methods of gallic acid mainly include chromatography,spectroscopy,capillary electrophoresis and other detection methods.Conclusion These methods have advantages and disadvantages,which need to be improved.
