摘要
针对电动出租车充电站选址定容与配电设施协调规划能力差的问题,基于车流量热力图研究了充电站容量及布点集合优选方法,确定出待选充电站布点的归类信息及不同位置充电站的总充电容量需求。在已知区域充电站布点归类信息及总容量基础上,建立10 kV城市配电设施扩展规划优化模型。随后,考虑上述2个模型对区域负荷不平衡问题都有较大影响,提出一种基于车流量热力图的配电设施规划模型,并采用免疫遗传算法进行求解。最后,通过某实际配电设施的协调规划分析,验证了所建模型的有效性。
In view of the difficulty in determining the location and capacity of electric taxi charging stations and the poor coordination and planning of power distribution facilities,based on the heat map of vehicle flow,the optimization method of charging station capacity and distribution points was studied,and the classification information and total charging capacity requirements of the charging stations to be selected at different locations were determined.Based on the classification information and total capacity of the known regional charging stations,an optimization model for the expansion planning of 10 kV urban power distribution facilities was established.Subsequently,considering the problem that the above two models have a greater impact on the regional load imbalance,a power distribution facility planning model based on the heat map of traffic flow was proposed,and the immune genetic algorithm was used to solve it.Finally,through the coordinated planning analysis of a certain actual power distribution facility,the validity of the built model was verified.
