改进型层次-熵权模型的电网施工建设评估方法 被引量:2

摘要 基于电网施工建设评估能力滞后、工作效率低下的问题,构建出一整套电网施工建设评价系统,实现电网施工建设的多方面评估,并构建出新型的改进型层次-熵权模型,能够将电网施工建设过程中存在的宏观问题转换为微观数据分析,在层次-熵权模型中,融入BP神经网络模型,提高电网施工建设评估精度。试验结果表明:经过熵权法修正后的层次分析法更能表现施工方案的优劣程度,在层次分析法和熵权分析法之间通过BP神经网络模型,大大降低了误差精度,提高了电网施工建设评估能力。 Based on the problems of lagging power grid construction evaluation ability and low work efficiency,a complete set of grid construction evaluation system was set up to realize the multi-faceted evaluation of power grid construction,and a new and improved level-entropy weight model was built,which can be used to transform the macro problems existing in the process of power grid construction into micro data analysis.The BP neural network model was integrated into the hierarchical-entropy weight model to improve the accuracy of power grid construction evaluation.The test results show that the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)modified by the entropy weight method can better show the advantages and disadvantages of the construction scheme.The BP neural network model between AHP and entropy weight analysis method greatly reduces the error and improves the evaluation ability of power grid construction.
