薄壳山核桃根际土壤微生物群落结构特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究薄壳山核桃根际土壤微生物群落结构特征,利用高通量测序技术对其根际与非根际土壤样品进行对比分析。结果表明,薄壳山核桃非根际土壤细菌和真菌序列数分别比根际土壤多1867条和11163条。薄壳山核桃非根际土壤真菌的Chao1指数、ACE指数、Shannon指数均显著大于根际土壤,但两者之间的细菌差异不显著。从细菌和真菌组成来看,薄壳山核桃根际与非根际土壤中相对丰度最高的细菌为放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、真菌为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)。总体而言,薄壳山核桃根际与非根际土壤微生物存在一定差异,非根际土壤真菌多样性显著大于根际土壤,但细菌差异不显著。 In order to study the microbial communit y structure in rhizosphere soil of Carya illinoensis,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to compare and analyze the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil samples of Carya illinoensis.The results showed that the numbers of bacteria and fungi in the non-rhizosphere soil of Carya illinoensis were 1867 and 11163 more than those in the rhizosphere soil,respectively.The Chao1 index,ACE index and Shannon index of fungi in the non-rhizosphere soil of Carya illinoensis were significantly larger than those in the rhizosphere soil,but the difference of bacteria between the non-rhizosphere soil and rhizosphere soil was not significant.In terms of the composition of bacteria and fungi,the most abundant bacteria in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of Carya illinoensis was Actinobacteria,and fungi was Ascomycota.In general,there were some differences in microbes between the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of Carya illinoensis.The fungi diversity of non-rhizosphere soil was significantly greater than that of rhizosphere soil,but the difference in bacteria was not significant.
