甘孜州沙化土地综合治理探析

Analysis on Comprehensive Control of Desertification Land in Garze Prefecture

本文分析了甘孜州沙化土地的现状及其成因,在对甘孜州11个县(市)的49个防沙治沙工程开展全面调查的基础上,分析了工程取得的成效,总结出甘孜州针对不同沙化土地类型采取的植灌种草、土壤改良、沙障建立、围栏封禁、鼠害防治等综合治理技术,并对甘孜州沙化土地治理存在的问题进行了全面总结,提出了提高思想站位、加强组织领导,强化技术运用、建立科技支撑,提高投资标准、推进保护建设等沙化土地综合治理对策,以期为当地沙化土地的综合治理提供参考。

The paper analyzed the status of desertification land in Garze Prefecture and its causes.On the basis of comprehensive survey of 49 desertification prevention control projects in 11 counties(cities)in Garze Prefecture,the achievements of the project were analyzed,and the comprehensive control technology for different types of desertification land in Garze Prefecture were summarized,including grass and shrub planting,soil improvement,sand barrier construction,fence closure,rodent pest control,etc.The existing problems in the control of desertification land were summarized comprehensively,and the comprehensive control countermeasures for desertification land were proposed,such as improving the ideological position and strengthening the organization leadership,improving technology usage and establishing technological support,raising investment standards and promoting protection construction,so as to provide references for comprehensive control of local desertification land.
