摘要
本文介绍了藜麦的营养特性,并探讨了藜麦在食品、医药、饲料、化妆品、城市绿化和农业等领域中的应用,以期为藜麦产业发展提供参考。
This paper introduced the nutritional properties of quinoa,and discussed the application of quinoa in the fields of food,medicine,feed,cosmetics,urban greening and agriculture,in order to provide references for the development of quinoa industry.
