摘要
杨万里一生都在追求“粗茶淡饭终残年”的田园生活,早年因性格刚直,辗转各地为官,晚年身处党争漩涡却又能够全身而退,终年八十岁,享受甚永。文章从他现存的238首饮食诗入手,一窥其身心共养的饮食养生思想与进退有度的处世之道,从而解读出他得以长寿的秘诀:一是合理的饮食结构;二是新鲜的食材选择;三是节欲的心性修养。
Yang Wanli(1127-1206)spent his whole life pursuing the pastoral life"on meager food to end in old age".In his early years,he had to serve the office in different places because of his straight personality.Although caught in the vortex of party struggle in his late years,he was able to retire safe and sound.He enjoyed a long life and died at 80.Departing from his 238 existing diet poems,this paper gives a glimpse of his diet that was healthy to both body and mind,his health preservation thought and his way of life before coming to the discovery of the following secrets of his longevity:first,a reasonable diet structure;second,the choice of fresh ingredients;and third,observation of abstinence.
