摘要 随着建筑飞速发展,钢筋混凝土规模日趋增大,结构形式日趋复杂,大量超长、超宽、超厚的工程涌现,设计通常按照规范每间隔一定的距离设置后浇带,借以释放由材料发生化学反应产生的能量。后浇带封闭过程清理困难,清理不到位,钢筋、止水钢板锈蚀,混凝土施工夹渣,振捣不密实等一系列问题是导致地下室后浇带开裂、渗漏的主要原因。跳仓法施工,利用释放早期温度收缩应力,尽量利用混凝土的抗拉性能,施工缝能及时清理到位的特点,并调节其他因素从而达到不产生有害裂缝的效果,可有效解决地下室渗漏、开裂问题。 With the rapid development of buildings, the scale of reinforced concrete is increasing, the structure is becoming more and more complex, and a large number of super-long, super-wide and super-thick projects have emerged. A series of problems such as difficult cleaning in the closing process of the post-casting belt, inadequate cleaning, corrosion of steel bars and water-stop steel plates, slag inclusions in concrete construction, and insufficient vibration are the main reasons for the cracking and leakage of the post-casting belt in the basement. The jumping warehouse method construction uses the release of early temperature shrinkage stress, the tensile properties of concrete are used as much as possible, the construction joints can be cleaned in place in time, and other factors are adjusted to achieve the effect of not producing harmful cracks, which can effectively solve the leakage of the basement, cracking problem.
