超长距离下穿地铁线路复合浆液施工技术

摘要 深圳地铁16号线共建管廊综合井2–接收井1区间需长距离下穿深圳地铁16号线运营线路,因地质情况复杂,3%大下坡,岩溶裂隙发育,地下水丰富,距地铁结构近,为满足地铁结构严格的沉降要求,研发了复合浆液及施工工艺,通过浆液改良及工艺的改进,使盾体与土层间间隙、管片与土体间隙得到了及时有效填充,极大降低了盾构下穿对地铁结构的影响,通过该项技术,项目顺利完成了盾构超长距离下穿地铁线路施工。 Shenzhen Metro Line 16 co-constructed pipe gallery comprehensive well 2-receiving well 1section needs to cross the operation line of Shenzhen Metro Line 16 for a long distance. It is close to the subway structure. In order to meet the strict settlement requirements of the subway structure, the composite slurry and construction technology have been developed. Through the improvement of the slurry and the improvement of the technology, the gap between the shield body and the soil layer, and the gap between the segment and the soil body can be timely and effective. Filling greatly reduces the impact of shield tunnel penetration on the subway structure.Through this technology, the project successfully completed the construction of the shield tunnel under the subway line over a long distance.
