摘要
铝合金模板与附着式升降脚手架(简称爬架)组合施工技术是目前超高层建筑标准层常用的施工技术,两者配合能大幅提高结构标准层施工效率。但在飘窗等特殊部位处,可能会因飘窗飘板处飘板外凸导致附墙支座长度不足或铝模K板后拆导致K板与附墙支座相冲突,而出现爬架第三道附墙无法正常附着的情况。现对两种特殊的爬架附墙形式进行分析研究,找出解决飘窗飘板处爬架第三道附墙导座无法附着的最佳方案。
The combined construction technology of aluminum alloy formwork and attached lifting scaffold(referred to as climbing frame) is a commonly used construction technology for the standard layer of super high-rise buildings. The combination of the two can greatly improve the construction efficiency of the standard layer of the structure. However, in special parts such as bay windows, it may be that the length of the wall support is insufficient due to the bulge of the floating plate at the bay window, or the K board and the wall support may conflict due to the rear disassembly of the aluminum formwork K board, and a climbing frame may appear. The third attachment wall cannot be attached normally. Now, the two special forms of climbing frame attached to the wall are analyzed and researched, and the best solution to solve the inability to attach to the third wall-attached guide seat of the climbing frame at the floating plate of the bay window is found.
