摘要
仿木纹混凝土兼具性能与艺术美学,其浇筑模板的制备常通过实木来实现,成本较大,且难以重复利用,使成本上升,故进行浇筑模板制备工艺的改进创新具有一定的经济和环保意义。利用双目激光扫描仪进行木纹数据的获取,COMSOL软件显示扫描结果,MATLAB软件进行数据的处理,基于熔融沉积成型控制的3D打印,用PLA材料进行模板的制备并对其效果进行比较评价。对浇筑的效果进行分析,结果显示5倍木纹深度混凝土模板能很好地满足效果需求。研究成果形成一个较完备的仿木纹混凝土模板的制备思路,为仿木纹混凝土模板的制备工艺提供参考。
Imitation wood grain concrete has both performance and artistic aesthetics. The preparation of pouring formwork is often realized by solid wood, which is costly and difficult to reuse, resulting in a waste of time and money. Therefore, the improvement and innovation of pouring formwork preparation process has certain economic and environmental protection significance. In this paper, the wood grain data is obtained by LSD-2010binocular laser scanner, the scanning results are displayed by COMSOL software, and the data are processed by MATLAB software. Then, based on the 3D printing controlled by melt deposition molding, the template is prepared with PLA material, and its effect is compared and evaluated. Then, the pouring effect is analyzed. The results show that the concrete formwork with 5 times the wood grain depth can well meet the effect requirements. This paper forms a relatively complete preparation idea of imitation wood grain concrete formwork, which provides a reference for the preparation technology of imitation wood grain concrete formwork.
