人防工程主体施工质量控制与研究

RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CONTROL OF CIVIL AIR DEFENSE PROJECT

人防工程是为了保障战争时期人员与物资装备隐蔽、人民防空指挥、医疗抢救而专门建设的地下防护工程。对于国防建设与国家安全,人防工程起着至关重要的作用,因此,人防工程的施工质量越来越受到人们的关注。但人防工程主体施工具有工程量大、施工过程多、施工工艺繁杂、施工工期长等特点,容易造成质量安全隐患。依托河南省焦作市玖珑宸项目,对人防工程主体施工中材料、技术交底、关键施工技术等环节进行研究,以期为类似工程提供参考。

Civil air defense engineering is an underground protective engineering specially built to ensure the concealment of personnel, materials and equipment, civil air defense command and medical rescue during the war. For national defense construction and national security, civil air defense engineering plays a vital role.Therefore, the construction quality of civil air defense engineering has attracted more and more attention. The main construction of civil air defense project has the characteristics of large quantities, many construction processes,complex construction technology and long construction period, which is easy to cause hidden dangers of quality and safety. Relying on the jiulongchen project in Jiaozuo city, Henan Province, this paper studies the materials, technical disclosure, key construction technology and other links in the main construction of civil air defense project, in order to provide reference for similar projects.
