摘要
通过对某住宅楼地基资料收集分析、补充单桩承载力检测及基底标高处地基土承载力检测和验算,分析了桩长不够、桩位偏差过大及假桩头对地基及基础的影响,根据分析结果对地基进行了加固处理,并进行了加固效果验证,确保了建筑物正常使用。所得技术经验为该类工程检测鉴定提供检测方法及后期加固处理依据,并为类似项目的检测鉴定和加固提供了一定的经验。
Through analyzing a building foundation information collection, supplement the single pile bearing capacity test and basal level of bearing capacity of foundation soil testing and calculating, analyses the pile length, pile location deviation is too large and false pile head influence on ground base and foundation, according to the analysis results of foundation reinforcement, and reinforcement effect verification, to ensure the normal use of the building. The obtained technical experience provides testing method and reinforcement treatment basis for this kind of engineering testing and identification, and provides certain experience for similar projects testing, identification and reinforcement.
