中国轮胎产业技术创新现状、问题及发展对策

Present Situation,Problems and Development Countermeasures of Technological Innovation in China’s Tire Industry

中国是轮胎产销大国,已成为世界轮胎制造的重要基地。目前,国内轮胎产业在新材料研发、工艺流程创新、跨界融合发展方面取得新突破。但仍存在特种胎技术研发起步晚、研发战略不清晰、与新一代数字化技术融合不够、产业链协同创新力不足等问题。为促进我国轮胎产业技术创新实现新发展,文章提出四条建议:(1)加强前沿轮胎技术研发,推动轮胎产业高端化创新发展;(2)明确研发战略方向,加强研发资金管理和知识产权保护;(3)依托工业互联网,助推轮胎产业数字化转型;(4)打通科技成果转化通道,实现全产业链协同创新。

China is a big country in tire production and marketing,and has become an important base of tire manufacturing in the world.At present,the domestic tire industry has made new breakthroughs in new material research and development,process innovation and cross-border integrated development.However,there are still some problems,such as the late start of special tire technology R&D,insufficient integration with the new generation of digital technology and so on.In order to promote the technological innovation of China’s tire industry to achieve new development,this paper puts forward four suggestions:(1) strengthen the research and development of cutting-edge tire technology and promote the high-end innovative development of tire industry;(2) clarify the strategic direction of R&D and strengthen the management of R&D funds and intellectual property protection;(3) rely on the industrial Internet to promote the digital transformation of tire industry;(4) open up the transformation channel of scientific and technological achievements and realize the collaborative innovation of the whole industrial chain.
