顶空气相色谱法测定饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的方法 被引量:1

摘要 采用全自动顶空进样装置顶空进样,用气相色谱仪HP-5毛细管柱和电子捕获检测器测定。用本次实验方法测定三氯甲烷的质量浓度在0.2~10.0μg/L,三氯甲烷标准系列回相关系数为r=0.999 5,样品加标回收率为102.1%~106.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.1%~5.4%,检出限0.2μg/L;四氯化碳的质量浓度在0.1~5.0μg/L,四氯化碳盐标准系列相关系数为r=0.999 7,样品加标回收率为98.4%~97.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.6%~7.5%,检出限0.1μg/L;用气相色谱仪测定三氯甲烷和四氯化碳混合标准溶液(浓度各为2.0μg/L和1.0μg/L),各测定20次,做重现性检测。该方法简单、快速,高效,有较高的灵敏度,重现性好、回收率和准确性高,可满足生活饮用水三氯甲烷和四氯化碳检测要求。 Headspace injection was performed by automatic headspace injection,and measured by gas chromatograph HP-5 capillary column and electron capture detector.The mass concentration of trichloromethane was in the range of 0.2-10.0 g/L,the standard series regression coefficient of trichloromethane was r=0.999 5,the recoveries were 102.1%-106.3%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.1%-5.4%,and the detection limit was 0.2 g/L.The mass concentration of carbon tetrachloride was 0.1-5.0 g/L,the correlation coefficient of standard series of carbon tetrachloride salt was r=0.999 7,the recoveries of samples were 98.4%-97.5%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.6%-7.5%,and the detection limit was 0.1 g/L.The mixed standard solution of trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride(concentration 2.0 g/L and 1.0 g/L,respectively) was determined by gas chromatograph for 20 times,and the reproducibility was tested.The method is simple,rapid,efficient,with high sensitivity,good reproducibility,high recovery and accuracy,and can meet the requirements of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride detection in drinking water.
