Patent Research Progress on the Extraction of Astaxanthin from Haematococcus Pluvialis

雨生红球藻的细胞壁比较厚,以及虾青素本身极不稳定,导致其在提取中存在很多问题。文章主要研究了从雨生红球藻中提取虾青素成分的提取工艺的专利申请,重点分析了现有专利对于工艺中存在的技术问题的解决,梳理了在该技术领域提取工艺发展的脉络。

The cell wall of Haematococcus pluvialis is relatively thick,and astaxanthin itself is extremely unstable,which causes many problems in its extraction.This paper mainly studies the patent application for the extraction process of astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis,focuses on the analysis of the existing patents to solve the technical problems existing in the process,and sorts out the development of the extraction process in this technical field,to provide a reference for its further improvement research.
