文章主要探究了中小化工企业安全管理工作的现状,提出创新措施,旨在助力中小化工企业提高安全管理水平。研究过程中,以安全管理概述为切入点,明确化工企业材料危险性大、生产环境不安全等因素,以及强化安全管理的重要意义。以此为基础,分析管理中安全观念、人员素质、规章制度及管理手段等方面存在的问题,提出针对性措施。

This paper mainly explores the current situation of safety management in small and medium-sized chemical enterprises,and puts forward innovative measures to help improve the safety management level of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises.In the research process,taking the overview of safety management as the starting point,it is clear that the materials of chemical enterprises are dangerous and the production environment is unsafe,as well as the significance of strengthening safety management.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the aspects of safety concept,personnel quality,rules and regulations and management means in management,and puts forward targeted strategies.
