This paper mainly analyzes the difficulties and key points in the manufacturing process of desulfurization reactor,including shell forming,equipment assembly,top large flange flatness control,distribution plate manufacturing and water pressure,air tightness,inner parts installation,transportation and other matters to pay attention to,optimize the product manufacturing process,summed up experience for the manufacturing of such equipment.
