摘要 现阶段,我国信息技术的快速发展,现代化社交平台以平等、互动、交流、高参与性为原则,并与政府平台和文化机构建立合作发展关系,加速社会的发展与进步的同时带来新的挑战。公共档案馆在建设的过程中紧跟国家号召,以建设服务型社会为发展宗旨,应用先进的信息化社交平台于办公中,将传统化的档案服务转变为智能化线上服务,以此提升公共档案馆服务效率及质量为客户提供个性化的档案服务。本文就公立档案馆微信智能平台优化服务质量的重要性进行分析并阐述优化原则。深入探讨微信平台服务质量提升的途径,以此实现公共档案馆微信平台服务质量的优化。 At this stage,with the rapid development of information technology in our country,the modern social platform takes equality,interaction,communication and high participation as the principle,and establishes cooperative development relations with governmental platforms and cultural institutions,which not only accelerates the development and progress of society,but also brings new challenges.In the process of construction,the public archives follows the call of the state,takes the construction of a service-oriented society as the development purpose,applies the advanced information social platform in the office,and transforms the traditional archives service into intelligent online service,so as to improve the service efficiency and quality of the public archives and provide personalized archives services for customers.This paper analyzes the importance of optimizing service quality of We Chat intelligent platform in public archives and expounds the optimization principles.This paper discusses deeply the ways to improve the service quality of We Chat platform,so as to optimize the service quality of We Chat platform of public archives.
