档案信息资源共享过程中的数据安全问题,是实现大数据环境下档案信息资源共享的关键。在分析相关档案信息资源共享数据安全研究的基础上,分析大数据环境下档案信息资源共享过程中面临的数据安全风险,并从风险消解角度有针对性地提出运用新技术提升档案数据共享的数据存储安全、借助量子通信技术保障档案数据监管系统安全、构建档案信息资源共享过程中的人员管控机制、健全档案信息资源共享档案数据安全制度规范、构建统一的档案信息资源共享安全标准及规范等具体的档案数据安全建设框架,以期为提升大数据环境下档案信息资源共享数据安全提供参考。

The data security problem in the process of archives information resource sharing is the key to realize the archives information resource sharing in the big data environment.Based on the analysis of the relevant research on the data security of archives information resource sharing,this paper analyzes the data security risks faced on the process of archives information resource sharing under the big data environment,and from the perspective of risk resolution,puts forward the use of new technologies to improve the data storage security of archival data sharing,to ensure the security of archival data supervision system with the help of quantum communications technology,and construct the personnel control mechanism in the process of archives information resource sharing to improve the archives information resource sharing and the archival data security system specification,build a unified archives information resource sharing security standard and specification as well as the other specific archival data security construction framework,in order to provide reference for improving the archives information resource sharing data security under the big data environment.
