居住社区中心建筑使用后评估初探——以南京沙洲社区中心建筑为例

Preliminary Study on Post-occupancy Evaluation of Residential Community Center Buildings:A Case Study of Shazhou Community Center in Nanjing

文章在实地调研的基础上以南京沙洲社区中心为例开展使用后评估研究,从场地环境、建筑空间、公共设施、户外空间以及专项设计等方面进行综合分析,并结合问卷调查、自由访谈等方式收集使用者的满意度评价反馈及相关意见信息,剖析建筑建成现状问题,探讨可行的优化策略,为现行拟建同类社区中心建筑建成更高品质与持续发展提供参考意见。

Based on the investigation of the articles in the field to conduct post-use evaluation studies in Shazhou Community Center in Nanjing as an example,from the field environment,architectural space,public facilities,such as outdoor space,and special design for comprehensive analysis,combined with the questionnaire survey and interview with free method to collect the user’s satisfaction evaluation and feedback,analyze the problem of space present situation of built,to explore feasible optimization strategy,to provide reference for the construction of similar community center buildings with higher quality and sustainable development.
