面向城市的生态型科创功能空间研究——以浙能滨江科创基地为例

Research on Urban Ecological Scientific and Innovation Function Space:Taking Zheneng Binjiang Scientific and Innovation Base as an Example

当前,科创被提到前所未有的战略高度,科创空间的设计不仅需要满足使用者日常办公需求,同时也要在城市层面上提升城市科创能力,推动城市创新发展,满足城市愿景。我国城市科创功能空间的研究尚在发展阶段,存在着诸多问题,同时相关设计理论较为缺乏,文章以浙江省建筑设计研究院设计项目浙能滨江科创基地的设计为例,以实践项目为先导,提出了面向城市的生态型科创功能空间的设计策略和发展目标。

At present,science and innovation has been raised to an unprecedented strategic height.The design of science and innovation space not only needs to meet the daily office needs of users,but also needs to improve the city’s science and innovation ability at the city level,promote the city’s innovative development and meet the city’s vision.The research on urban science and innovation function space in China is still has many problems in the development stage,and the relevant design theory is relatively lacking.Taking the design of zheneng Binjiang Science and Innovation Base as an example and taking the practical project as the guide,this paper puts forward the design strategy and development goal of urban ecological science and innovation function space.
